WE'RE SEEKING AN AUCTION DESCRIBER
Michael Rogers Inc. (MRI) of Winter Park, Fla. Is looking for someone with a solid working knowledge of US and Wordwide stamps and postal history to join their team of auction describers preparing material for their public auctions and mail bid sales.
MRI is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented person with some light data
entry experience. The ability to evaluate and break down collection is a
necessity, and good writing skills for catalogue description is a must. Prior
auction experience is not necessary as the firm trains its staff members.
Occasional travel may be required, primarily to attend stamp shows and the like.
This full time position is an ideal situation for an experienced
philatelist who wants to work in a progressive, reputable auction house. Good
benefits, warm weather and a pleasant work environment in Central Florida – just
a few minutes north of Orlando await the right applicant.
