WE'RE SEEKING AN AUCTION DESCRIBER

If you're a philatelist with the right qualifications, you and your family can enjoy living in Florida, just a few miles from Disney World. Michael Rogers Inc. is seeking a professional philatelist or an advanced collector to join the rapidly-growing firm in its Winter Park, Florida offices.

The new opening on the MRI staff is a result of the firm's latest round of expansion. Known as a specialist in the philately of China/Asia, including Public Auctions, MRI has expanded into Mail Bid Sales with China/Asia Mail Sales and now also US/Worldwide Stamps & Postal History Mail Sales.

The opening is for someone who can apply a solid working knowledge of China/Asian stamps and postal history to the production of auctions and mail bid sales. Job requirements for the motivated, detail-oriented individual who will fill this position include a solid working knowledge of the stamps and postal history of China/Asia, as well as some light data entry experience. Prior auction experience is not necessary, since the firm trains its staff members. The ability to evaluate and break down collections will be necessary. Good writing skills for catalogue descriptions is a must. We are seeking an individual who is eager to learn. Some occasional travel may be required, primarily to attend shows, and the like.
